Jay is outstanding. We have an unusual house that is long and “S” shaped — which creates some trickiness for sensor function in a wireless alarm system. From time to time, we have had sensor function issues, and Jay is always super quick to respond. He’s very professional and pleasant. In addition, he has a straigtforward, flat pricing structure — so I’ve never felt pressure to by something else. If any of my friends need a security system I would emphatically recommend Central Security.
